This lady doesn’t know the definition of great customer service when you call. How do you hang up on someone that’s trying to go through you from other peoples referrals to go for service but can’t even finish a conversation without getting hung up on. It sucks because we really wanted to use their service but no longer feel comfortable due to the inconsiderate customer service. Excellent experience and excellent customer service! I have used Lions Auto glass twice now. Once for my broken windshield (a few months back) and once (just yesterday). Everything went perfectly , replaced regulator for front passenger window. Friendly, efficient, window works great! A added bonus was I had the window taped up before with gorilla tape, and I was dreading having to clean the gunk off, to my surprise they did that for me. I just wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to go there! Service: Auto power window repair
