If I could give this place a 0 I definitely would. I got into an accident in OCTOBER and it’s APRIL now and my car still isn’t fixed. Before their excuse was “parts are on back order due to covid” turned out BOB didn’t even fully check the car to which parts were needed. So I had to drive an 2 hours to get there each time twice to get my car fixed. Before it was even fixed I told BOB that my sensor is showing malfunction sign and to make sure it doesn’t when I pick it up. Guess what? It was there again. Very unorganized, unprofessional, unable to communicate effectively staff. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

They are absolutely amazing. Kept me informed every step of the way and even agreed to install my new running boards when they came in.
