Firestone Complete Auto Care

I’ve been there twice for an alignment and still my steering wheel is crooked. After the second time, I did not have time to go immediately back. After some time, I started noticing a clunking noise from the front of my vehicle. After some inspection, it turned out they did not tighten the lower control arm bolts and my lower control arm was moving back-and-forth as I was braking and accelerating. I’m not sure what’s going on but all I wanted was a simple wheel alignment and to have my steering wheel straight and apparently that is something they cannot do even after two trips. I will def be taking my business elsewhere. I wasted a few hundred dollars and a lot of time trying to figure out what was clunking and it turn out to be these guys not doing their job correctly. Clearly safety is not important. I drive my kids around in this vehicle everyday smh. Service: Wheel alignment

Avoid avoid avoid!!! I've recently had a customer come to me complaining about slipping and sliding and loose steering. The customer stated that she bought new tires in December. After looking at the vehicle and the receipt so many things are wrong. The front tires are now bald and down to the belts. Turns out the vehicle was having issues when she took it in. Firestone sold her V rated tires on a Nissan juke... These tires are rated for 149mph driving. This vehicle will never see those speeds. But the tires went bald because of bad lower control arms. The tech who worked on the car obviously just threw on new tires and didn't do an inspection. Now $200 tires, that were too much tire for this car, are ruined because there was no inspection done. They are now saying that if the issue is because of bad parts on the car, there is nothing they can do. But if this issue had been found previously the tires wouldn't be bad now. Went into Firestone so they could install 4 tires on my truck! And like always they did a fantastic job, didn't even take that long either
