I cannot say enough about Firehouse's towing!!!! I had Rocky as my tower and he was just wonderfull! This is my new go-to company. Service: Car towing
Experience with Firehouse was wonderful. After trip a blew me off two nights in a row. Firehouse answered instantaneously and had Dewey call back to set up coming to help me. He showed up super quickly and took care of my vehicle so it wouldn’t even have to be towed. He was fast, efficient and super friendly. I will take paying a little to get reliable tow services and more rather than once a year, no shows annual fee for just 3 tows per year. No answers with these other guys. Constantly canceled, non service. No more paying for an annual stealing of my money. I will be calling Firestone when I get the vehicle towed to change the battery. Update 11/30/2022 Used Firehouse again and Matthew was as wonderful as Dewey. Reliable and great.
Jonathan came out to tow one of are vehicles. Was very kind, respectful and helpful even though he was sent for something else. Very good guy and needs a raise. Definitely would call again Service: Car towing
