At first I was so grateful for the people at Lilly Auto. They were super nice and seemed knowledgeable. Then..... they kept my car for a month waiting on a part that they ended up not even replacing. I told them 3 times that I needed a rack and pinion which they said was not the issue. FINALLY they admitted that I needed a new rack and pinion. They offered to give me a discount because of all the issues I had with them (there were more than I talked about) and I have yet to be able to get ahold of them since. Roger is a nice guy, he really is, just not a good business guy.

Edit (6/2021): still have nightmares about this place. I drove out of here with more car problems than I started with. Over a year later I'm still trying to get my car to run after this place destroyed it. Already had to make a claim on their insurance but I'm in the hole for everything else that they broke. I wouldn't let them check my oil level much less touch my car again. Had to leave another review because this place is THE. WORST. PLACE. EVER. to take your vehicle. You'd have better luck finding a Craigslist repairman and they'd probably be more professional and on time. I don't know what to complain about because I've had nothing but problems and everyone in my family who's gone there says the same thing. They ordered the wrong engine 3-4 times for my corolla, they forgot to latch the hood when I picked it up so my hood smashed into my windshield and it had to go back into the shop for a month. It's been a few months since this all happened but I'm still noticing rookie mistakes
