Grease Monkey #82 I just wanted to relay how absolutely fantastic your service and the guys that worked on my car are!!!!! Chris, Zach and Jason were thorough in letting me know what I needed to service my car, new battery, air filter and oil change. They showed me the parts that were in my car that needed to be replaced and why. They were extremely personable and wonderful! They made sure that they had the parts needed for my car, Buick Lacrosse 2013, before I arrived and were able to change everything out very quickly! I only go to them when my car needs anything because I trust them, the service is always wonderful! They are extremely professional and it is obvious that they are very educated in car needs and checking if I need other services, wiper blades etc. They have my trust and I will continue to go there whenever my car needs servicing! VERY impressed with Grease Monkey this morning. The manager looked at their record and said "you only drove 600 miles since the last oil change?" I explained the situation about my kids using the car for very infrequent learning and he understood. He checked the oil and transmission and said both are still pristine. He said going by the mileage is perfectly fine regardless of the age given all the additives that are put in oil today. Told me to save my money and have a good day. It was very refreshing to see a "customer first" position in an industry that is often predatory and pushy with high pressure up selling. Service: Oil change

Very friendly funny guys. Had a great experience with them even though they had to refuse me in oil change because I have a old broke down POS car and I had too many leaks. They allowed me to go under my car and point out everything that they sell wrong and explain why they could not do a full oil change. They did however top my oil off for me. At least now I know what's wrong with my car. Thank you grease monkey guys!
