Had a oil change and tire rotation done. Few weeks later heard loud noise coming from the back of the vehicle. Stopped by the mechanic that works on my are my back drivers side tire was very very very loose and 3 lug nuts not on tire. My tire was falling off. I drove like that for a few days could have killed me and other people if that tire came off. After driving it like that for a while it ate at my wheel bearing so guess what I have to replace that. Will never go back.

I’ve used Quality Auto Repair multiple times since moving to Green Bay almost a year ago. I get all my oil changes done there, they’ve replaced my tires and rim after one literally fell off on the highway and just recently over the weekend my car died at work and we had to have it towed there on Sunday and by Monday at 4:30 it was ready to be picked up with a new fuel pump. Very nice and helpful staff and gets the job done as quickly as possible so I can have my car back for the work week.
