MJ Collision Center

After a collision, we went to MJ to get an estimate. They took the car right away and we left it overnight Monday so they had time to look at it. When we picked it up the Tuesday, we were told they would get us an estimate in a few days. It is now the next Tuesday and we still don't have an estimate. We have called and emailed many times but get the run-around. Each time we are told something like " I thought we sent you the estimate already" or " I will call you back in an hour or so" but never hear back from them. Now I am calling different places for estimates.

Very disappointed in my experience with MJ Collision. I had called them on a Friday to look at my vehicle for an overspray removal. They told me that they were too busy that day and I made an appointment for Monday at 8 am. They apparently did get unbusy as the day went on as my coworker who had the same issue called later that morning and they did tell her to come over right away. Anyways, Monday rolls around and I got there a little before 8. I was told that Ray had decided to pick up supplies on the way in (even though I had an appointment) and would I like to come back later. I didn't want to drive back so I waited since I live in Howard so I waited. It was almost 830 before he even showed up. While I was waiting the person behind the counter complained that they would probably have to be on the one to clay my vehicle clean which I found unprofessional. Brought my car into the shop back in January, they had it for an entire day. Was told they would have the estimate to me the next day. Called at the end of the week, said they thought they emailed it and would get it out to me. Called the following week with no return call. My fiancé went into the center and they told him they’re not sure what happened but they would get it sent out. Well…it’s March now and after multiple messages left on their machine with no return call and no estimate still, I am taking my money elsewhere. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t bring your vehicle there. Also had one of the employees ask if I wanted another dent on my bumper included in my estimate when he was looking at my car. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he showed me the dent…on my WHEEL WELL. If you don’t know the difference between a bumper and a wheel well…yikes.
