Dave was very helpful and assisted us in dealing with the tire and wheel insurance contract we had purchased from Mercedes. he explained the issues and quickly detailed a plan of action for us. His estimated delivery was accurate and despite having a bad tire and rim he made the experience positive for us. I would use Dave and Matthews Tire again.

Had a piece of metal in my tire and had to put my spare on knowing that I could not drive far on a spare donuts I stopped in to see if they could patch my tire unfortunately they couldn't do it that night but they were more than willing to take my tire and get it patched for me as soon as they could they notified me that the next day that it was good to go and all fixed and that they could put it on if needed and they fit me into their schedule. Mike at the front desk was so helpful and polite. When I dropped off the flat he even made sure that my spare had enough air in it as I did have a 45-minute drive home. I thank them all for helping me in a tight situation and getting my tire fixed and put back on.
