I made an appointment, I was there on time. When I walked in Eric knew who I was, and started the process. A young man, and I don’t know his name came out with paper. Maths said hello, shut my hand and took my car while I went to wait in the lobby. 30 minutes later my car was done. They reviewed all items on my vehicle with me. Told me that by fall. I needed to consider getting new tires as mine were starting to wear but I would be good for the summer months. Everyone there is very professional. Then he make it very easy to do business with. Just dropped in for an oil change/tire rotation because I needed it done quickly. They were pleasant, but said it was going to take 1.5 hrs. I expected to wait. Got comfortable with their complimentary soda/popcorn and got to work. 45 min later they came out and said it was done! VERY pleasant surprise!!! Work was done as expected.
