I brought my car for body panel repairs and I did not have an update for a week for work that was estimated at 9 hours and it turns out they were planning on putting USED panels on my car that turned out to be too rusty. They had never had mentioned this to me which was unacceptable when my understanding was they were ordering new parts. No communication, no responsibility, no quality. I walked in as customer and was pushed aside so that they do what is in the best interest and to save the insurance company instead of what the customer needed. I would go somewhere else.

I just got my vehicle back today after getting into a fender bender and smashing my tail light. I needed panels, tail light, and bumper fixed and painted. Broadway over performed! The car looks great and although parts came in late, the vehicle was done quicker than expected. I have never had body work done before and I could not be happier!
