Should have walked away, got the lemon of all lemons. Traded in my truck, got a decent value for it. The salesperson tried the usual stuff, left optional items in the contract I didn't want, had to have it corrected by finance. Finance acted surprised that sales didn't relay the msg. Had the truck 13 days and the motor blew. Attempted to contact the dealer via their contact us portion of their website, no response. Won't be back.

This is the least organized dealership I’ve ever been to! I set an appointment for warranty work and an oil change for Friday morning. When I got there, the appointment and my car were under someone else’s name - a different customer. Shuttle to take me to work was scheduled in advance for Friday at 8:30am. They shuttle driver finally showed up at 9:15am. Over a 45 minute wait that made me late for work. I got a text a couple hours later that said they’d have to get the part from Appleton and they’d call me early afternoon. That call never came. By 5:30pm I called to get an update and they were closed. I was told they will be back from 7-1 Saturday. So I called Saturday and they couldn’t give me any information and said to call back Tuesday. Now it’s looking like I’ll be 4 days without any info and at least 4 days without a car. I’m never coming back here. This is unbelievable.
