Had my vehicle towed in, called to let them know what happened and they told me they would get it in right away and get back to me. I waited 3 days then called to see what was going on. Then told it might get on a lift the following week. Had to call again that day to see if they figured it out and it needed a new transmission. Was never told what was wrong with the old one. Was finally told what was wrong with it. I oked the work the following day and they told me they could get it done in 9 days to be ready for my camping trip. I called the day prior to confirm and they told me I had never called them to ok the work. Ended up having to adjust my whole vacation due to not having the truck back. They told me it would be 2 to 3 business days to get done. Called 2 days, was told another day yet, called and told they just got another part and I would have to wait. Then they finally called me to tell me it wouldn't be ready to get picked up which caused a birthday to be missed. They told m
