VL Auto Repair

Honest guys! Bergstrom Audi told me I needed a new engine (quoted me $18k for a used replacement). VL did a through inspection with oil analysis and determined my engine is fine - saved me a huge hassle! Definitely recommend! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Did not receive before and after pictures of intake valve cleaning. I was told they do this as part of the service. It would be nice to see how bad they were and to verify the work was actually done. There was an issue that caused my car to be done a few days later than expected, to which they offered me a loaner car free of charge without me inquiring. Outside of the picture issue stated above they made sure I was taken care of.

Despite only having bad news and a very large bill for my beloved 2013 Dodge Dart Turbo and I. These guys did their best to help me in my most difficult time. They welcomed me with open arms, gave me a tour of their shops, and I was able to meet some of the techs there. Nick has a big heart, and he is an honest, car loving enthusiast. This is his dream, and he's doing it. It is so awesome to be serviced by him and his team. Thank you so much.
