Mike and his team and very knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. My BMW has been problematic, and Mike has worked with me to repair and maintain it at a reasonable price, saving me thousands of dollars on everything from basic maintenance, to a spark plug change, intake boot replacement, coolant sensor replacement, a complicated oil leak, and some transmission malfunctions. Mike has definitely earned my trust and I will be recommending him to everyone in search of a shop to repair and service their vehicle.

Stopped in to talk with Mike about my 08 BMW 335xi having a trans malfunction issue and popping out of reverse then going into limp mode. He took a lot of his time to talk to me and explain all the details and what my best options were he was completely honest and told me that if he was in my situation with that particular model he wouldn't stick the money into it because a lot of times it can be tons of money spent and may or may not fix the issue almost like going down the rabbit hole type of thing. I really respect the fact that he gave me his own honest advice and didn't just let me spend tons of money like a lot of shops would to just possibly fix the issue or maybe not even fix it.
