I will never go to this place again. We took our car in for a simple thermostat problem ended up costing us $676 and it didn't even fix the problem. Took it back a week later where they claimed they changed out the thermostat from a universal one to a Hyundai one. 4 months later went out again. Took it to another mechanic that told us it still had a universal thermostat in it. So had to pay another $800 to have it fixed right. That's terrible service

After a recent accident, I reached out to see if they would help see if the car was salvageable — from the first call to my last correspondence — I can honestly say that I received first-rate customer service. I was a new customer but treated like I have been there for every car I owed. They were honest and went above and beyond my expectations. They were reasonable, quick to respond and gave me the advice I needed to make a decision. I rarely give reviews but I am so impressed with Stoiched. They really put the customer and safety first!!

Brought my sons Honda in for an oil change and the "check engine" light was on. My experience was fantastic. The technicians noticed that the rear wheel need to be replaced. The price was reasonable and the team here does a fantastic job of communicating. It took a couple of days to complete the job, but I knew where we were at every step of the process.
