Quick Lane at Les Stumpf Ford

I will fist say that I have stopped using the "service " department sometime ago. I decided to give the "Quick Lane" a try this AM. I stopped in, there was 1 person in the waiting room. Walked up to the counter and asked if I could get a oil and filter change done. The person that decided that I was finally worthy of his time said to me "wil you be leaving it", I repled that I would rather wait, as it was only oil and filter. His reply was "well you are going t6o be waiting at least a few hours, cause I can't get to it till then". I left and took some time to walk thru the experiece that I just had. I decided to call the "Manger" to just make him aware of my less than positive experience. I will say that I can see where the poor service and attidue would appear to start with. What a rude unprofessional person. I would only hope that FORD would send a test person in to experience this place first hand. Why have a "Quick lane"? I am bringing a $100K plus diesel truck in for a oil change

Time and Time again I go there to get an oil change just to be told its a 2-3 hour wait. Why on earth would you call this facility a " Quick Lane " when in fact it is not. I always end up going elsewhere.
