These folks were courteous, quick, & professional fixing up some creeking brakes and there was no charge since we had all the brakes and rotors replaced a week ago at another Midas. Kudos for this location fixing the oversight from the the previous location. Service: Brakes

Emily and her team at the store on Mutual Way have been absolutely AMAZING. I am the operations manager for a DSP that works for Amazon and our vans continuously need basic service. Emily made sure that she was able to report to our leasing company for routine services to keep our fleet records updated and accurate. During one of our busiest times all my vans were coming due for oil service, Emily and her team kept my vans on the road so we never had to drop a route due to van issues. It was a lifesaver! Our team couldn't be more grateful for the Midas team busting their rear to keep us going. Emily and her team are straight shooters, you will always get the honest truth, no beating around the bush answers. And if her team can't do it, she will tell you just that! Appleton Midas does great work and provides reasonable prices. The customer (Nguyen Ngoc) is not explaining the entire truth. The customer came in with a blown oil cooler line. We replaced it. Then while the customer was driving over an hour later, the transmission line blew out. This was something entirely different. This was not the fault of Midas. We did everything we could. The customer also had another family member attack us on the Google Review. Completely unnecessary. Please try the location out and see for yourselves. Great location and leadership.
