Klug Family Repair LLC

We recently moved back to The U.P. from North Dakota. We do not have an Import Garage up here. We needed work done to our Z4. My nephew recommended Klug to us. We decided to tow our 2003 Z4 to them. We had fears that we were going to need a new engine. And were prepared for that. Jason and his crew found our fears were unfounded. They got the car running great. My wife drove the Z4 from there shop in Appleton to our home 4 hrs away in the U.P. She was thrilled with the car and how great it ran. We will be making the 4 hr drive one way to them for our future BMW service needs.

I have nothing but positivity to say about Jason and his crew! They were thorough in working with me, expressed everything meticulously, answered all the questions I had, and even expressed when they couldn’t answer certain questions. I needed my tires, my front wheel bearings, my front alignment, my front splash guards AND my TPMS sensor replaced after buying this from FAIRVIEW AUTO (which they told me everything was fine with it.) I was not in the mood to spend an extra $1k on repairs (after spending 6.1k AT FAIRVIEW AUTO) but what can you do. I am just so thankful Jason told me what I NEEDED to get done asap and could do in the future. Group of good friend's and great people that run this place. Had new TPS sensors installed at a dealer and they couldn't figure out how to properly program the sensors. I brought my truck here and Paul had it done in minutes. Also checked my vehicle over and filled my transmission fluid. Only thing I was charged for was the fluid. Services: Transmission, Electrical
