Front desk was impolite. I had every intention on spending 14,000 cash in a day and a half and got hung up on in the middle of a polite conversation. I called back to speak with management expressing my displeasure and got a rebuttal of "We actually have a good track record" :o Every car salesman I've spoken to in the last couple weeks has been ecstatic about my inquiries. I was not impolite nor did I deserve this kind of treatment. This place not only left me with a bad taste in my mouth, but they lost my business along with everyone I know.
