Progressive insurance had lined up for some body repair here after a fender bender. They handled it adequately, but when an issue arose later in the area where they performed the body repair, they went above and beyond and made good, covering the correction completely with no additional charge! Very pleased there are still companies out there that take pride in their work and stand behind it. Good people.

I made an appointment for an inspection and when I showed up the inspector was "on lunch" for an entire week apparently because it took so long for them to get back to me my insurance company closed the claim. When my estimate finally arrived the parts for the repair were reasonably priced but they wanted $650 for 5 hours of labor which conveniently placed it just below my deductible so as much money came out of my pocket without the insurance covering it. I understand businesses need to make money but this scam is laughable, it's like an 8th grader put the scheme together.

Recommended by insurance company for repair after 2nd rear end collision. First time we took to dealer, took about a month to get back, and it was fine. Figured it was in an accident & will never be the same again. However, after 2nd rear end collision, went to Dreher. Super nice people to work with. Car was done in less than half the time, which made me very happy. More importantly, my husband felt it drove better than when we got it back after the 1st accident. That is high praise.
