Some of the best Service I’ve ever received. They got my car in, found the tires (hard to find), And did everything they could to get me back on the road for my big road trip. They were courteous definitely went the extra mile and will service my vehicle as long as I’m in the area.

A while back I bought a car from carvana and shortly after that my skid plate was dragging on the highway due to the previous technician not installing 2 screws. Luckily there was a shop close by that had 2 replacement screws so I could temporarily fix it. The technician at that shop was also kind enough to let me look under the car so I could see the damage. I looked up carvanas warranty information and car x was one of the preferred shops so I thought that I would give them a try so I could get my replacement skid plate while my warranty was still valid. They looked under my car and told me they saw zero damage even though I personally was under my car the previous weekend. They then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't worry about it since it's simply a skid plate that I would never see anyway even though it would have been covered under a warranty. My car is a 2020 with less than 15,000 miles and I paid a good amount of money for it so telling me not to worry about it was the last
