Super happy with their service. Had a Warranty covered issue that Broadway in Green bay Could not fix after having the truck for a whole day, then fed me lies about why id doesn't work. I then made an appointment with Bergstrom and they did some research and found a bullion about my issue. They had it fixed with an Hour. Amazing!
Been trying to get an oil change and engine diagnostic done for over a month. Bought the vehicle there. Had major engine work done there before but cant get in for a routine oil change and OBD scan for engine light. I am forced to use another place to get the work done. Hopefully this is not a way to let my warranty run out before I can have the issue resolved.
