Bergstrom did a great job on repairing my vehicle! Nick was great to work with! Answered any & all questions, got back to us, if needed, etc. I would recommend Bergstrom any day! Services: Body & Trim, Oil change
All I wanted was a pay out of pocket estimate. However, because I have insurance their employees tried to strong arm me. They said "my insurance didn't know what they were talking about." Their customer service was argumentative and pushy. I have leased a brand new vehicle every three years from nissan, Pete Holt Is the only reason I might do business with bergstrom in the future. Their body shop employees are not recommendable and have created bad customer relations. Service: Body & Trim
