I went in for a full diagnostic on my car and the mechanics of Rj’s shop only used the diagnostic tool (free tool that you can use at auto zone) and read off the codes. Carly informed me that the charge of service would be $50. After discussing the issue with Carly she apologized for the miscommunication and ensured me I wouldn’t be charged for the service since it wasn’t fulfilled correctly. Minutes later Randy the owner called me and alarmed me by his unprofessional behavior. Randy basically accused me of bullying his employee so she wouldn’t charge me for the “services” that they performed. Randy was extremely furious and was yelling at me over the phone and told me that I had to pay 75.00 for the diagnostic. I was completely confused on how the price went from 55 to 75.
