Fast service. I was going to replace a tire, but gentleman said he was going to try to fix it. So all fixed with no charge.
I needed a new battery, I was quoted a price but charged a higher price at checkout. The manager (I think) Tristan was very nice and helpful, he gave me the lower price and the battery swap was done quickly. I appreciate the speed and good service.
Receptionist was efficient at the expense of cordiality. Mechanics were all fast & skilled & cordial. Mechanics' handling of our warranty tire replacement on our way to the airport gained Les Schwalb a customer.
