Great experience. Smooth. No pressure. Signing took 1 to 1.5 hours. Nothing compared to my previous experiences buying a car. Great service, would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Frank was great too work with.
My engine was blown and I thought I was done for but they got me a new engine from Hyundai and I didn't have to pay anything. There is obviously a longer story then that but I had no idea it was possible. They are willing to help you out and even provided me with a loaner car for the entire time. Thank you again and I will always give you my business first.
I have never enjoyed visiting a dealership and talking to a salesperson. Past experiences have taught me that they don’t really listen to what you have to say! Frank and Elton at Hyundai of Yakima, completely changed my mind. They were both very attentive to my questions and concerns. This is the second Hyundai we have owned but our first new one. We are very impressed with the brand and Frank made the whole experience enjoyable!
