On a road trip with a friend, my car started feeling weird. We pulled into Baker’s and the car died before I could get it into a proper parking spot. Everyone on their team stopped to help two stranded women. They helped us locate a rental car and *drove us to pick it up*!! They go beyond good customer service, they are genuine and want to help. If my car had to die, I’m grateful it happened in their parking lot. If I was a local to Yakima, there is no doubt they would be my go to auto repair. Truly, I’m forever grateful to them!
We broke down on our road trip as a family of 5 plus dog in tow. I tried calling their emergency # as our car was being towed. They returned my phone call quickly and we were able to drop the car off at the end of hours. Jeff and everyone went above and beyond to get us on the road within 24 hours. Jeff searched high and low for the part we needed and made sure it was there and fixed as soon as he could. Amazing customer service!
Did a great job getting to the bottom of a issue that nobody else could find for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend
