In mid November while stopped at a red light in Maple Valley a wind blown tree fell on our pickup cab. It caused quite extensive damage to the pickup while we survived unscathed. After having a bad experience with another body shop in town, who at the time had just changed ownership to a national company. We chose Autocraft to make the repairs. I was very skeptical that our 2019 Chev 3500HD four door would ever be the same again! However, Robert Ramos and the entire Autocraft team went above and beyond in repairing our pickup to better than new condition! Robert even helped us in resolving a remaining problem from the previous body shop. Also, we were told the pickup would be finished in early March, however it was actually finished in February. I would highly recommend Autocraft to anyone who needs some damage repairs. Thank you Robert and your entire team.

I chose Autocraft based on the Google reviews I read ahead of scheduling them and I was not disappointed! From the first phone call I made to them up to the minute I drove away with my repaired car, they made it sooooo incredibly easy! They handled all of the paperwork with my insurance which was very helpful to me. They work w/Enterprise as well which is extra handy!
