I scheduled an appointment online. At the time, early in the morning, it was convenient to do this since they were not yet open for business. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my set appointment and went to the front desk to check in. I was concerned immediately when the gentleman could not find my appointment on his computer. He walked out to speak to his manager, whom I could see through the glass between the waiting area and shop. The scheduler walked back in from the shop. He relayed to me that his manager informed him that he had rejected the appointment that morning. I stopped and pulled up my phone and checked to see if i had gotten an email or a text and had just missed it. I had not. I then asked to speak to the manager. The scheduler walked out again, and I watched him speak to his manager. He came back and informed me that his manager was taking lunch and would not speak to me.
