Thanks John for the great service your techs have done for me on my vehicles. West Richland Auto Repair is my choice for my auto needs.

I was on a road trip and a bunch of my dash lights came on (check engine, etc). I'm not from here and was just passing through, so I was worried nobody would be able to help me in time, but they squeezed me in. They are friendly and accommodating and they appear to take their work seriously. The main tech (Jamie) explained all the technical aspects of the repair and I feel confident that he knows what he is talking about and that everything is done right. They have a nice waiting area and even have toys for kids to play with. I like that there is a window so you can watch the technician, if you like. It all feels very open and honest. The clientele here that I interacted with speak highly of the owner and the team in general. I'm grateful I chose this shop for help on my trip!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The so called manager..a.k.a. has been recorded being verbally aggressive towards a customer. I'd be happy to post if interested. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEICHLE HERE!!!!!!! Called WRPD, they have had several reports made from others of similar occurrences. No integrity from this business.
