I got clipped by someone while I was parking and I took my car here, they helped me with information, step by step what to do, and actually helped me to do everything, thanks to serge lukyan he always answered messages and phone calls pretty fast, and was helpful every time I talked to him, my car now is done and waited not much, thanks to serge I could get a rental car while my car was on this shop, so everything perfect than ever, thanks for your job, my miata say thanks to you for your hard work????????????????????

Great experience! I took a bumper that I bought online and asked if they would paint it. When I got there Serge very gently explained that he would prefer not to use that bumper since it was folded in a box, and I likely would not be happy with the paint job, especially long-term. He took care of ordering the correct bumper for me (I think this was unusual, but he probably saw the look on my face and had pity!????) My new bumper is beautiful, great paint job! Their prices are fair. Serge does a good job communicating. p.s. I was not paid to write this review, nor was I given a gift card, nor promised future services.

Serge, the owner, carefully restored my 17RAV 4. It took several weeks to complete the work as a consequence of industry-wide shortage of staff and in a few cases, delay in receiving necessary parts. That said, when I picked up the car today, it appears to be restored to it's prior pristine condition. Serge is an excellent communicator, responded quickly to issues/questions with my insurance carrier, and the usual concerns with part acquisition. When I picked up my car today, he generously gave a substantial discount to offset some of the car rental fees (since repair exceeded the usual 30-day coverage). Grateful for Serge's sincere concern for my safety & his consistent willingness to negotiate with my insurance carrier to obtain the best outcome for my car (& thus, me).
