Made a appointment for 9:00 am at this shop for a tuneup, oil change, radiator flush, and info on check engine light on. Dropped car off at appointed time and day. Work was not started on my car till late afternoon. Pointless to make a reservation, I guess. Only work done was the oil change. Guessing because my skin color is not white, repairing my car was not a priority. Did not receive a apology for the waste of my time. Would never recommend this shop because of the very poor customer service and the fact that a appointment means nothing to them.

Called to mention I had an interlock on my vehicle, and the guy fired back, "I'm not playing that game." I understand it does make it difficult, but there is a way of speaking with respect, and he had none.

I wouldn't recommend this shop for interlock service. I normally go to Life Safer down the street, but my guy is sick right now, so I was scheduled over here. They rescheduled me 30 minutes after my initial scheduling, they were 30 minutes behind in their intake process. The owner walked away with my debit card when I was still in the shop, rather than their office which I don't feel comfortable with because it's then out of my sight. This place is also a dump. If people say you get a discount when you pay with cash, it's because they are charging you a 2% processing fee, which literally happens anywhere that accepts credit cards. If you have to get interlock service, go to life safer instead. Highly recommend their service.
