Master Tech Automotive -Vancouver

Thankful we found this place. We couldn’t get our car started long enough to actually make it to a shop. While waiting for a tow we called to see if they could see us today. Lucky for us they were able to look at our car and fix it same day. A very stressful situation turned out to be okay thanks to Master Tech Automotive!

great service! they can always get me on the schedule & take good care of my car. they send me reminders for when I should be coming in to get my oil changed & take care of whatever else needs to be done at the time.

I've been to Master Tech a few times and I'm always impressed! Yesterday I went in for what I thought might be a belt problem and they confirmed my drive belt and tensioner needed to be replaced. They were very quick to get me a quote and complete the work--I dropped my car off at 8:00 and it was done by 1:30. Beyond the work they do, they are very nice people and always treat me and my vehicle with respect and care. They are very no-nonsense and not pushy about work that isn't immediately necessary, and they help clarify what the consequences of delaying necessary repairs are. I appreciate their honesty, integrity, customer-focused-care, and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone but especially women who have felt duped in the past by other repair shops.
