Mackin's East Vancouver Auto Body

I've used Mackin's on two separate occasions, and have been happy. The first time, some delays in parts caused the repairs to take longer than initially estimated, but that's not really Mackin's fault. This most recent repair, on my daughter's car, was just picked up last week. The repair was high quality and fast. You never want to need a body shop, but if it comes up again, I'll use Mackin's.

Customer service was excellent and they kept me up to date every week on what was going on. They handled the insurance portion and made it very worry free for me.

Very glad I chose to come here for repairs of my toyota. It wasn’t enough to claim insurance for but was very reasonable for out of pocket. They did, however, work with my insurance company to replace the windshield which was a nice surprise. I will definitely consider coming back. Pictured is a really odd dent that I didn’t expect them to do much with but it looks so much better.
