Fantastic shop, amazing waiting room, kindest people... it doesn't get better than than. What I don't appreciate is being told the other things that need to be fixed haha ???????? I called this morning explaining that my convertible top had malfunctioned and would not close so I had to wait until today with no rain. In the forecast.. Mia the service manager said come in at 10:00 she said it would probably take a few hours to fit me in and re-program my computers.. I got a call 3 hours later , success!!! Interior was spotless car was fixed price was fair! Another company that had won my business!???????????? Service: Electrical

The staff at King’s across is amazing; they’re helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had some trepidation about going there since I have a Mazda 3 and they usually work on higher end autos. But really, it feels like the care and precision they bring to brands like BMW and Mini also apply to more mundane brands. I feel really great about the work they’ve done on my vehicle, would recommend them! “The quality will remain long after the cost is forgotten.”
