J-Rod Auto Repair And Racing

My experience at jrods automotive today was fantastic, I dropped off a 72 international travelall in the morning at the scheduled time I got personalized attention from the owner. I explained the issues I was having with my vehicle and left. I have experience with these vehicles in particular and they need to be in the hands of a skilled mechanic to say the least. All of the items I was hoping to have corrected were complete by the end of the day and the repairs were explained to me very well. my favorite part... the price!! when I heard how much my bill was for their services I was relieved that here was a business that provides excellent service with very modest prices. I genuinely applaud your whole team for your service! other business owners would benefit from conducting business the way you do. thank you.

Twice now, I have had my car towed to J-Rod's, after hours, unbeknownst to them. They were not expecting me, in fact did not even know that I existed!!! (They were very highly recommended by an acquaintance of mine). They have been awesome! Reasonably priced, (tho nothing car repair related, is reasonable, right?!?) Even tho they were completely booked, they somehow found a way to work me in! I've only met Ingrid, gosh, I don't even know what her title is but it quickly became apparent to me that, Miss Ingrid is the one that makes J-Rod's run smoothly and efficiently. I have a feeling she wears many hats at JRods... Lol She is top notch in my opinion! Jerrod, as comfortable being head honcho as he is working beneath a vehicle, is an honest business owner who really cares about others. JRods is the only place I will take my car to now!
