I was referred to Gaynor's from the shop I've used exclusively since 2000 since they were booked through next week. I needed a tow and and an assessment done, and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule. They also provided me with a ride home. I got a call from them and was given the estimated repair costs. It ended up not being cost-effective to make the repairs. I asked if I could leave my car there until Friday since I now needed to get another car, beginning with getting financing, picking out the right car, etc. They recommended a couple of pik-n-pull businesses for me to contact to take on my car. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation. I am happy to have been referred to them. They are actually closer to me than the other mechanics, and just as nice. I’ve been going to Gaynors for a couple years now and have been very happy with their service. At other shops I’ve had to drop my car off for the day just for an oil change but Gaynors will make an appointment and have me in and out within an hour! They also repaired a tire that I bought elsewhere and didn’t even charge for it. They are a very reputable shop and I highly recommend them!
