I needed to have car repaired in a hurry Joseph was knowledgeable and reassured me he could get in done in time. Getting parts for a 2012 Jaguar isn't easy so i was skeptical. Sure enough he did the repair on time and i am so greatfull. I plan on using him and his crew of mechanics with future repairs. I highly recommend 5th gear to do what they say. I really wanted to like this shop, but I'm still upset at my experience. I brought my car in to fix the e-brake, I explained the car has been sitting and just wanted it fixed. I got charged for a rotor and pad replacement, among other things, but as you can see in the photos that was not replaced. Even worse, they left a huge grease mess on my seat, and carpet. The interior was all disassembled around the e-break handle and not put back. All this cost me $500, and he didn't want to give me a receipt because he claimed the car was not road safe, even though I drove it to Seattle the next day. He didn't want to give me a receipt because the work he charged me for was not real, looks like they just adjusted the break cable and charged me $500.
