South Tacoma Auto Service Shop

They didn’t disclose major issues with the car they knew were there (door locks didn’t work). They then charged us to fix the door locks even though implied warranty should mean they should disclose it before sale as something they wouldnt fix or should have just been fixed before sale. They wasted 2 extra days of our time fixing the car they sold to us because we don’t live close and had to keep driving super far to fix this since they ran out of time the first day. They tried to trick me into buying an extra service that was $1000, and the monthly payments are $100 more than they told us they would be. I feel like they tried to scam us every step of the way and trick every penny out of us that they could. Would not buy from them again and would never recommend their service as it was horrible. Amber whose the manager of the service department has been very helpful. Two months ago my car was stolen and i got it back. I took it to South Tacoma Auto and they fixed everything making it good as new again. Last week my car was broken into and i brought it to South Tacoma Auto and Amber arranged a ride For me to go to puyallup enterprise, consider the only one who had a car for rent, but she also had my car in the shop by Wednesday and out by Saturday. The window was broken. In the past it will need to be fixed. I have had excellent experience with South Tacoma Auto . I would highly recommend them to anyone.
