After a very bad experience at another shop, I found Simmons and had an amazing experience here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, attention to detail, very informative when explaining work that needs to be done. You can tell they take pride in their work. I have now taken 3 of my vehicles, including a classic car, to them for various repairs and every time is the same positive experience. Highly recommend. The staff and owner were all very professional. I came in for service on my Jeep Gladiator. The owner was very willing to communicate with me about some different options regarding some upgrades I'm hoping to do in the near future. I appreciated the time he took with me and the attention he gave me. When I left, my engine was purring like a kitten... It always feels best after a fresh oil change! Service: Auto maintenance

It's never fun when your vehicle needs repairs. Simmons staff and owner took the sting out of it by giving us several options. Their diagnostic showed urgently needed repairs, recommended repairs, and maintenance & repair that would potentially need to be done in the near future. This was very helpful in deciding which repairs to do immediately and which we could hold off on till later. The staff from reception/inspection to completion and pick up were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. Austin answered any questions we had graciously. The process was very well organized and clear. We would take our vehicles here again in a heartbeat.
