I had my oil changed along with a look at ‘45 point inspection’. Tho they say 2 filters need to be replaced I never heard from them to get the go ahead? And somehow all my tires were inflated 10 psi higher than stated in report? Just odd, I know I didn’t add air and I’m the only driver!? Just strange had to let air out to get them back to good. Other than that everything was completed tho I doubt I’ll use this business again, too much of a hassle to get rides back and forth with no waiting room there for simple services… I do understand their reasoning for not having one but a hassle either way. It is very easy to schedule an appointment, and there are 2 locations (Tacoma and Puyallup). They have wonderful customer service and great mechanics! When dropping off my car, they provided me with a Lyft back home & while waiting in the waiting room for my ride, they offered me a donut and beverage (that's so sweet)! Scott, Lance, and Dylan were so helpful with dealing with all my questions. I highly recommend getting your auto repairs and oil changes here (@both locations). They are very fast and efficient. They know what they're doing :) I will continue coming here for all my repairs!

I like Coopers. They are under new management now but the new owners seem to be on top of it. The guys at the front desk are very easy to work with and will help you out if they can.
