Excellent service! The staff was able to get my car in the same day I called, they were friendly and professional, and didn’t try to do any unnecessary services. My Highlander broke down outside of Spokane on a Saturday. Towed it to their shop and they looked at it and diagnosed the issue before I even called the following Monday. Being out of state I couldn't retrieve the vehicle for another week and they were kind enough to keep it there no fuss. Great people to work with. Dave specifically helped a lot! Thank you Williams Auto!!!
Williams automotive came recommended to me from a friend, and I will recommend them to all of my friends. They took in my Subaru Outback h6, which are a pain, figured out the problem, and got it back to me two days later. I’m very impressed and will be a return customer. Good honest shop and good honest prices!
