I've relied on Vandervert to keep my old XTerra running since moving to Spokane last year. I think it is the most professional and courteous shop I've used in many years. They get repairs done when they say they will, do accurate pre repair estimates and stick to them. Two stories: Last year I had a problem after they replaced the fuel pump with one that turned out to be defective. They promptly fixed it again at no cost to me. Then it leaked. Took it back and they honestly owned up to installing it wrong and again fixed it quickly. Would have been easy to blame it on another defective part but I was impressed with the better way they handled it. This year I took it in after a major tire shop told me an axle seal was leaking. I was prepared to pay for this $500 job. But when I went to pick up the car, George told me the seal was fine and didn't need to be replaced.
