Gosh, I am not going to go thru the entire list of services they have performed, but I can tell you, they have made Toby perform well in his age. Toby is a 2003 Toyota Highlander, bought new at Middletown Toyota in Connecticut. Why Toby? He looked like a Toby; tan color, strong 4cyclinder motor; hauled a lot a people around and brought me here in 2014 after a disastrous 2nd marriage. Why Toby? He has been my constant companion and friend when all others failed! It was 2014 after arriving here that he needed a major overhaul and I was not about to discard a true friend. Those repairs made him great again, by the mechanics of Tune Tech, because they realized what Toby meant to me. He is a member of my family of one! It's really interesting that people disappoint, all the time; but my car has not given me any reason to feel unsafe and undependable! Why? Great car care. I recommend this place to anyone who needs their car looked at. Denis the owner is very nice and their prices are fair. Ryan and Alex are typically the guys who help me up front. My car wasn’t acting right and I brought it in. They felt my car wasn’t safe enough, so they gave me the company truck to take home while they fixed my car.

I unfortunately had my 2018 dodge ram transmission fail while heading up to go camping with my family. We had our 32 ft camper trailer attached. We got truck and trailer to the campground and after calling so many places to figure out how my new to me truck could possibly have this happen I spoke to the guys at tune tech. They were nothing short of amazing. They’re informative and genuinely nice people. They got the truck diagnosed quickly for me. Offered solutions to the problem. Unfortunately it is a transmission issue and they still have the truck but to no fault of them (holiday slowed things down) They have remained in constant contact with me keeping me updated. If you’ve had bad luck with mechanics please save yourself the frustration and give these guys a call. They will not only keep you updated but will make sure that your vehicle is safe to get on the road again. If I could give them 100 stars I would.
