Ryan's Import - Honda & Acura Specialist Auto Repair

Unbelievably happy with my experience here. When my steering wheel suddenly no longer formed the wheels I knew i was in trouble at 5:45pm on a Saturday in a city i did not live. They told me to bring it in and got right to work, i was able to drive home that night and was shocked that he only charged me for an hour of labor. Texting me along the way with today's and even sent me Anson links to a pay he thought i should replace.

I bought one of those AC recharge bottles to recharge my air conditioning and ended up over filling it. I stopped by Hill's Automotive and the guy was a total jerk, he was rude and wanted to charge $350 and wouldn't even take one second to look at it (i was trying to explain to him the noise the compressor was making). So I called Ryan's Import and he made time for me to come in the same day and he evacuated my car's A/C compressor and refilled it for me while I waited and only charged me $30! I have always had bad experiences with mechanics but Ryan was courteous and did a fantastic job for me! Was a great experience!

Ryan went above and beyond to get my Honda Pilot serviced. Reviewed and replaced parts I didn’t even think about. Will be definitely taking vehicle back for future work!
