Terrible service. This guy told me. " I will lock you're vehicle in my shop over the weekend ". I said yes that works if I had not allready paid for service charged me over $ 400 in additional fees without my written consent. In my personal opinion. Wayne is. A non trustworthy businessman my brake shoes were covered in leaking brake fluid he said. " I'll just spray those off with brake clean ". I said no the warranty on those Is now void , as the manager at NAPA confirmed , he ordered wrong parts , so I went up to napa on Francis and got the right parts ! Stay far away ! . He told. Me "since you're so certified why don't you do it ?!" , I replied "because I'm paying you ". Never had a owner of a business with this terrible customer service attitude

Wayne and Brad are awesome. Between mine and my husbands cars and now three teenage drivers, they do a great job of working us in pretty quickly, communicating what the issues are and provide some options on repair that keep automotive repair costs under control! This place is like your favorite restaurant- you want to tell people but also want to keep it a secret! Highly recommend!

Wayne was very Knowledgeable about my PT Cruiser. Flushed out power steering fluid when most would have tried to sell me a new pump.very honest Also let me know of upcoming maintenance.
