Where do I start? From start to finish this business was class A. Referred me to reliable towing who had AMAZING rates. The operator Matt was fantastic and treated my yukon like it was his own. Once my vehicle was at this establishment the folks there were very friendly and communicative the entire step of the way. My truck was in an out of there in less than 3 hours. The engine in my 1982 Jeep j10 Sportside was a gutless wonder and despite my best efforts, I could not get it to run right. I called multiple shops and no one wanted to even look at it since it was an older truck. Not only did Pro-Automotive check it out, they found the issue within 10 minutes! #5 cylinder was dead due to a stuck valve. While I was bummed, the shop offered to swap in one of my spare engines for a reasonable cost. I couldn't be happier with the results! A combo of old and new school tech (a very rare combo these days). 10 out of 10: would recommend! Service: Engine repair

I have been taking not only my personal vehicles to see Troy for years but also take my commercial vehicles to him and have ALWAYS got top notch service, my vehicles always fixed right the first time but even more was treated right $$$$$ every time ! They always tell me straight up what the issues are and how to fix them and how much. Always a head of schedule and I trust nobody else ! Spokane and this community is dang lucky to have people like Troy and Carrie in it!!! I would trust them with my kids and rightly so as he takes care of my classic cars as well and they are top notch because of him. Cannot day enough about this shop other than fantastic honest trustworthy and friends !!! Truly blessed to know this family !
