NAS was recommended to me by a long-time church acquaintance. I didn't know the people there before going but was very happy at the speed and cost of the repairs, and by the fact that I was kept so well informed of progress. I was relieved as well to see that the equipment they were using on my 2017 Jeep was so up-to-date. NAS is the only auto repair facility I use now. I would recommend them to anyone. Thought i just needed freon to make my ac work...they were one of the cheaper places near me. Turned out my compressor was bad!!! They were able to get me scheduled 2 days later and had my ac working like a CHAMP in a few hrs!!! They underbid the competition by almost 100 bucks, they are literally a few blocks from my house, hope to get a quote on another issue soon!!! I am a female and honestly did not feel like they were out to take advantage or overcharge me. My experience here was very good and I believe they are honest people, very nice husband and wife TEAM!!! Couldnt be more pleased with this company. I had a great experience at Northwest Auto Services. I was able to call and get a quick and detailed estimate over the phone, as well as the options I had for my service. I found the prices more affordable compared to other shops I’ve gone to. The entrance/waiting room has a inviting atmosphere and the employees were super kind and helpful. You can also see inside the working area of the shop from the waiting room, I felt more comfortable knowing I could see them working on my vehicle. My brakes are working much smoother than before and I haven’t had any issues, I definitely recommend this local auto shop for the superb experience and better pricing.
