They had wonderful customer service and communication. The insurance adjuster gave a very low ball quote on the damage to my car, but the people at Gerber were very thorough in inspecting my car for damage. They found a good deal of damage that was not visible from the surface and were able to get it all paid for from the insurance company. They were also incredibly fast! My car had significant damage and it only took them 5 days to repair!

I got an estimate done, then when it came time to bring the car in for repairs they told me they didn't do PDR and referred me to another company. Once that company was finished with their repairs Gerber told me they would need to do a new estimate and would schedule me for repairs of what they had already done an estimate for.

This shop's employees made my first car accident a breeze to get through. I had minimal damage but enough and they kept in contact with me and were honest with the process. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They are busy and I appreciated how quick they were to get to my car and get it done for me. I am so happy to have chosen them for this first time experience.
